Every day, our dedicated team and volunteers deliver more than just meals — we bring warm smiles, friendly visits, and a sense of connection to seniors across Central Texas. Whether it's a hot lunch, a helping hand, or a check-in that brightens someone’s day, we’re proud to support independence and dignity for older adults living in our rural communities. Together, we’re building stronger, more caring communities — one meal at a time.

More Than Just A Meal

At Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area, we know that a friendly face and thoughtful gesture can go a long way in easing loneliness. That’s why we go beyond meals with programs designed to lift spirits and bring comfort. From our Christmas Stockings for Seniors, to making sure their furry companions are fed through AniMeals, and helping keep homes safe with fans in the summer and heaters in the winter — we’re here for the little things that make a big difference. It’s all part of our mission to brighten lives and remind our neighbors they’re never alone.

Making A Difference

Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area proudly serves seniors in Bastrop, Blanco, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, and Lee counties — helping them age safely and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. We are a community of compassionate staff, volunteers, and supporters working together to nourish bodies and spirits across Central Texas. With every meal we deliver, we’re not just fighting hunger — we’re fostering connection, independence, and hope. And because we must raise $2.50 for every meal served, community support is essential to making our mission possible. Together, we truly are delivering more than a meal.

Tournament Schedule of Events

Check-In & Breakfast8 AM - 9 AM

Check in for the tournament will open at 8am. We invite you to join us for a Continental Breakfast, browse our silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets, or visit with friends.

Morning Play Begins9 AM

3 Rounds of play will make up the Morning Play. Each round will last a maximum of one hour and will consist of four hands per round.

Lunch12 PM

Lunch will be served after the third round of play. We are pleased to offer a wonderful catered lunch for your enjoyment.

Afternoon Play Begins1:30 PM

2 Rounds of play will make up the Morning Play. Each round will last a maximum of one hour and will consist of four hands per round.

Awards & Prizes4 PM

Awards & Prizes will be announced. This will include all raffles, silent auctions, and door prizes.
Tournament prizes will be given to the players with the TOP 5 scores of the event.

If you have to withdraw from the tournament without a substitute, your payment will be considered a 100% donation.
